Dealing with silent groups

I’d like to share some thoughts I had during my preparation for the Advanced coaching training. It is a new training so it takes a lot to prepare!

The content of the training revolved around group coaching and embodied coaching.
I was taking a look at the questionnaires the participants filled in and a couple of them were dealing with silent groups. To get ready to work on the subject, I recorded my thoughts on my 2 practical ways to deal with such cases.
