3D is a month long dynamic online program about Virtual Engagement. This program is an opportunity to discover the 3 powerful dimensions of engaging your teams while hosting an online meeting.
The people who can benefit the most of this are people who work with teams. Managers, Trainers, Leaders and Entrepreneurs who are eager to establish a 3D change in themselves and their teams.
The program includes three live group sessions spread over three weeks, online training in between the sessions and one 1-1 coaching session.
The training aims to reveal your very own behavioural patterns, to challenge your current working methods and to provide answers to the following questions:
- How to recognise the 3+3 mistakes, I make when communicating and how to avoid them?
- What are my unique qualities when it comes to engaging?
- How to prepare for an engaging online meeting?
- How can I use my body to give my best performance?

During the group sessions, with Embodied Learning, Group Coaching and Storytelling we offer a setting where you can go beyond your regular practice and see how you can become skillful in engaging your teams in a virtual environment.
With 1-1 coaching we support you to personalise your learning journey. Individual coaching is additional to the group sessions and you can request it when the time is right for you. Either in between or after the sessions.
